Theme: Gothy.... dorm rooms?
Since I'm in college, I live away at home in a dorm. It sucks, but I decorate the unholy hell out of it!

The view from my computer chair. My bed and such.

Standing in the bathroom doorway, I took this of my "wall/side" of the room. The pictures and posters on the wall are stuff I've collected for YEARS, since high school.

View from the doorway.

Closet! They have no doors, so most people use shower curtains for privacy. I use a beautiful shawl my best friend sent me.

Bathroom/side wall

My side of the bathroom door. A mirror used to hang on it, but it somehow fell off during break.

I share the bathroom with my non-goth roommate, but I put up the major posters in there and a lot of full-page pictures. She added stuff from Cosmo and Vogue.

Bathroom again. What bathroom is complete without a poster of naked Johnny Depp lounging in a bath with an absinthe spoon and glass circa From Hell?

For comparison, my side is on the right and my roommate's side is on the left. You can tell the huge difference!

And, because I love my furnature at home, this is a picture of my four-poster Queen bed at home. The walls are bare because all the stuff that goes on them is up on my walls at school. ::laugh:: But I fucking love that bed.

I wish I could find that many awesome posters!!

I used to know a guy who worked in a record store. He'd get me cool posters for near to nothing. I got the big Spin My Chemical Romance poster (so mall-goth, but the lead singer is adorable), a NIN poster and a Velvet Underground poster. Plus, my school has a sort of "poster sale" every semester by some sorority who gets them from allposters.com, and they sell them for 20 for 3. So I have a huge ton of posters rolled up under my bed I have no room for!

Go to www.allposters.com and type from hell johnny depp in the search box in the top left hand side. It's the 5th poster that comes up. ;-)

(I had the same urge and went off to find it, so I figured I'd share with a fellow Johnny Depp fan)

My screensaver is a picture I found somewhere of an Andrew Eldritch quote, it says "We are... an industrial groove machine".

All I needed to see was the Trainspotting poster, lol. And I read Spin, too. You deffinetly win in wall coverings.

Yay, I win at something!

I love that Trainspotting poster. Especially Sick Boy. He's my favorite. I own both books, both soundtracks and the movie... supposedly, Irvine Welsh wants to make "Porno" into a movie, he's just waiting for the original cast to age a little.
